Sharene Savage Smith owned a thriving Retail Floor Covering Store in Michigan with her husband, Al, for 17 years before moving to South Florida to join her siblings in business to operate the Patient Services division for BodyLogicMD.
Between her exemplary business knowledge and experience coaching a high school softball team, which once reached 21 players (remember only 9 can play at one time), Sharene is no stranger to team management. Under her guidance, the softball team had one of its best years ever – dubbing her the “most winning softball coach” in the state of Michigan.
As Vice President of Patient Services, she uses her amazing coaching style to motivate and manage the successful Patient Services team. Her department is responsible for turning prospects into patients, scheduling appointments for all of the BodyLogicMD physicians offices, contacting patients for routine follow-up testing, handling all lab results, and answering all patients inquires via phone and email.
As the oldest of six kids, Sharene immediately entered the work force out of high school. She worked 45+ hours a week, attended college part time, married and started her own family. She enjoys spending every spare moment with her family, daily walks with her mother, golf and Texas Hold’em poker. Sharene still catches a good softball game when she can.

Max Astern owned and operated a successful clothing boutique in Boca Raton, Florida for many years. When Max started experiencing symptoms of perimenopause at a young age, she sought help from BodyLogicMD for relief from her hormonal imbalance. The company’s trifecta of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, nutrition and fitness changed her life, leaving her feeling good enough to run a marathon, something she never could have done before.
Max’s health success left her with a strong desire to inform as many people as she could about the benefits of natural bioidentical hormone therapy. This passion for BodyLogicMD led Max to employment with the company – where she now serves as Vice President of Sales. She is responsible for recruiting physicians to join the BodyLogicMD team, discovering optimal BodyLogicMD practice locations and converting prospects into patients for new doctor’s practices. Max’s strong business and communication skills have made her an exceptional addition to the company.
Max received a Bachelors of Fine Arts at Wright State University and a Masters of Social Work at Barry University.

From Day One! That describes the relationship between Jill Swartz and BodyLogicMD. When Patrick Savage shared his start-up idea with Marketing Consultant Jill Swartz, she knew the business had not only incredible potential, but that it would have an amazing impact on many lives. From the naming, branding, marketing and website development, Jill has been passionately involved in every aspect of the company from the very beginning.
Jill has been working her marketing magic with her business savvy and easy-going management approach for most of her life. She started as an assistant sales executive with her family’s business, Brock Supply Company, and worked her way up to become sales and marketing director for the wholesale building material giant. For 14 years, Jill coordinated marketing collateral, branding and image design for the multi-million dollar supply company.
Jill joined BodyLogicMD in 2003, working on developing the marketing division of the company. She assisted in the PR and media relations that landed the company in the spotlight in a cover story featured in Business Week as well as in Suzanne Somers’ bestsellers, “Ageless” and “Breakthrough” and most recently on Oprah.com, where BodyLogicMD is listed as an expert resource for BHRT.
